Shipping policy

SHIPPING RATE

We ship via USPS First Class Package for a $5 flat rate on all domestic orders and $13 for all international orders. This fee can be waived on domestic orders over $50 and international orders over $100.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are shipped with USPS First Class Package, which takes 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders. Domestic orders chosen to ship with Priority will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Please note there may be delays due to COVID-19.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to Canada, Ireland, and Australia for a $13 flat rate. If you would like to have your region added please contact us at info.lovelyaze@gmail.com

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, packages that are marked as delivered, but are "not received", are your responsibility to locate. Please contact your local post office, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. Unfortunately, we are unable to track down your package.
